The Tailgating Process

At The Instant Party Tailgates we always strive to provide a as seamless as possible experience. Especially with our New Jersey MetLife Stadium's extremely large tailgating environment we make it seem like magic.

Here is how our process works:

Booking Process - Visit our site or give us a call to explore your tailgate options. Whether its a tailgate for 20 or 100 we can accommodate. If you have any questions you can schedule a call with us via our Calendly. We will speak to you and finalize the date and time of your event. We will check in the leadup to event to make sure you don't need anything else and re-confirm all details.

Once Booked - Our Team will co-ordinate all items before the event date. From parking passes to the map of where your group will meet us for the event. We have a final checklist from all items you required as well as running list of any changes. In this stage we are gathering all items and vendors, planning your physical setup as well as the menu and beverage options.

The day of the tailgate- Your group will meet us at the specified location and we will in be live communication with the proper directions to meet us. Your group will receieve bands which are all needed in order to identify all members of the group. After you all are accounted for begin the tailgate with all the food, vendors and luxury amenities you asked for there at your disposal. Our Staff will be there to tend all your needs for the duration of the event.

We handle all cleanup and we make sure you group gets home safely after the event is over. If you were happy leave us a great review and we will hope to see you again soon!
