The Tailgating Process

At The Instant Party Tailgates we always strive to provide a as seamless as possible experience. Especially with our New Jersey extremely large tailgating environment we make it seem like magic.

Here is how our process works:

Booking Process - Visit our site or give us a call to explore your tailgate options. Whether its a tailgate for 20 or 100 we can accommodate.

Once Booked - Our Team will co-ordinate all items before the event date. From parking passes to the map of where your group will meet us for the event.


The day of the Tailgate- Your group will meet us at the specified location and we will in be live communication with the proper directions to meet us.

We handle all cleanup and we make sure you group gets home safely after the event is over. If you were happy leave us a great review and we will hope to see you again soon!

  • We are luxury insured provider of gameday tailgates at any stadium in NJ. We take care of permits supplies catering and decoration of unique gameday experiences.

  • All permits are covered in the cost of our packages. For RV's we require a separate permit which will be included in the total package cost if you select the RV as an addon.

  • We offer three tailgating packages see above for our packages that fit all needs. All fees are subject to change.

  • We are partnered with Ridgefield Park Liquor and Deli as their primary tailgate provider. As partners we get the best prices for liquor beer and wine out of any of the tailgate providers in the area. All liquor payments will be sent as separate invoice billed after your package.

  • We do most major stadiums in the Northern East Coast

  • We prefer atleast two weeks heads-up before an event to prep. If you need us to do an event last second we charge a Express setup fee.

  • Yes. You don't need to use our catering services for food but we do charge for prep warming and utensils needed such as sternos and food supplies such as gloves, napkins, forks and knives
